Emily Rea

Emily facilitates the design and delivery of event spaces that will foster memorable experiences and deliver on client business objectives. With special focus on optimizing user experience, hospitality, and efficient operations, Emily helps create high-performing venues by leaning on a robust skillset in leadership, design technology, and creative problem-solving.

Since 2008, Emily has worked in theatrical production and events as a production manager, stage manager, producer, and creative collaborator. Specializing in immersive performance, festival environments, and technical production, Emily toured nationally and internationally as a Production Manager with The Wooster Group, Michelle Ellsworth, Andrew Schneider, Pig Iron Theatre Co, and rainpan43, amongst others.

Emily has also worked in academia, teaching courses, and developing curricula in collaboration, production, theatrical technology, and digital performance at Williams College and New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Emily applies her skills as a technical, adaptable manager to deliver incredible spaces and experiences for Charcoalblue Experience.
