Joshua Scherr

Josh serves as global head of project delivery across all service lines and clients. He is charged with overseeing the management of complex, multi-streamed projects and developing methodologies to support delivery of strategic plans.

Josh has led teams on some of the largest, most complex audio visual and experiential projects in the world, delivering industry leading experiential environments, digital spaces, event centers, production spaces, and live entertainment. For Charcoalblue, Josh has delivered landmark event centers for technology clients such as Google.

Before joining Charcoalblue in early 2020, Josh spent the preceding season as Production Manager for Broadway’s The Illusionists, as well as a new immersive production
of Rock of Ages in Hollywood. His experience in multiple theatrical and experiential disciplines, from Broadway to internationally broadcast events, has earned him recognition as a versatile and skilled leader in the field. Josh’s diverse work has positioned him as uniquely suited to bridge industries delivering multifunctional spaces and experiences.

Josh holds PMP and PMI-RMP certifications from the Project Management Institute and is a Founding Member of the World Experience Organization.
